RRH SOMETHING GRAND

A Promising Young American Shetland Stallion from Red Rock Homestead

Born June 6, 2026, at Red Rock Homestead in Wausa, Nebraska, RRH. Something Grand is a young American Shetland who is already living up to his name.

“Grand” is a rich bay, with a striking dark coat, black mane and tail, and distinctive white markings that give him an eye-catching presence. He has the look, balance, and presence we hoped for when planning this cross.

But what stands out most about Grand is his mind and temperament. From the beginning, he has been exceptionally smart, willing, gentle, and calm. He learns quickly and has the kind of quiet confidence that makes him easy to work with. Even as a young colt, he shows a natural willingness to listen and learn. He was easily halter broke and we continue to add new experience for him.

Grand carries a strong pedigree behind him. His sire is BOSS MAN (HOF), bringing in the influential First Choice and Lester the Jester bloodlines, along with Dancing on the Ceiling. His dam is WILK SOMETHING REGAL, carrying the Duke of Royal Manor and Rains of Bird Haven (HOF) lines.

This combination brings together proven American Shetland bloodlines with the qualities we value at Red Rock Homestead—beauty, intelligence, athleticism, and a wonderful disposition.

RRH Something Grand has a bright future ahead of him, and we are excited to watch this special young stallion mature. Serious inquires only for RRH. Something Grand
